Privacy policy

Your account and game data

Guest play creates an anonymous Firebase account with a unique account identifier. Game progress can be stored online even when you play as a guest. Connecting Google or Apple is optional; the provider may supply an identifier, name, email address and profile photo or photo URL. Linking an account helps you restore access across devices.

We store level attempts and results, stamps, landscapes, coins, virtual-item transactions, selected profile items, private friend relationships, blocks and reports. We use these records to run the game, save progress, verify rewards, protect accounts and respond to support requests. Coins are earned, and there are no real-money purchases or payment-card collection.

Friend information is a private in-game social graph; we do not read your device address book. There are no public profiles, posts, chat or location-sharing features.

Device information and optional services

Firebase provides authentication, storage, configuration, notifications and service protection. These services may process installation identifiers, IP addresses, device and app details, language, time zone, network information and security records. Notification tokens are associated with your account when you enable notifications.

If you enable optional analytics, the app sends fixed gameplay and interaction events and enables crash and performance reporting. Reports can include device details, coarse location inferred from network information, timings, stack traces and diagnostic information. The app does not attach your account ID or free-form personal text to its analytics events or crash reports.

When advertising is available under your consent choices, Google AdMob and its consent service may process device or advertising identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, ad views and interactions, and performance or diagnostic data. Rewarded ads offer an optional continue after an eligible loss. Limited interstitial ads may appear after a win. Your account identifier and a reward-verification token are used to validate an earned continue. With optional analytics enabled, impression and estimated ad-value events may include ad format, currency, value and precision; they do not include your account identifier. Personalised advertising and cross-app tracking require the applicable consent and, on iOS, tracking permission. Non-personalised ads can still process data for delivery, measurement and fraud prevention.

We do not collect precise GPS location. The app does not upload your photo library. A stamp image you choose to save or share is handed to Photos or the system share sheet; you control that copy and destination.

Your privacy choices

• Use Settings in the app to change optional analytics and advertising choices, notifications and private friend-progress visibility.
• Use your device settings to change notification or tracking permission.
• Request an account export or deletion in Settings. See account deletion instructions if you cannot access the app.
• Contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion or other privacy rights available where you live.

Declining optional analytics or advertising consent does not prevent ordinary puzzle play. Ads also depend on service availability. Optional analytics and ads are disabled for players who declare an age below 13 or whose age category is unknown. We store an age category, consent choices, policy version and choice timestamps, rather than a full birthdate. The intended audience is age 13 and above.

Sharing, security and retention

Data is processed by Google/Firebase and configured service providers to provide the features described above. Accepted friends can see the in-game profile and progress you choose to share. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to investigate abuse and secure the service. We do not sell account records. Advertising providers may use consented identifiers for advertising across apps as described above.

Connections to our backend use encryption in transit. Account-linked records are retained while needed to provide the service. Deletion removes the account and associated game records; narrowly necessary fraud, abuse, security or legal records may be retained under a pseudonymous identifier for up to 180 days. Copies saved to Photos or shared outside the app remain under your control or the receiving service’s rules.

Our service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Their privacy information is available from Firebase and Google. We will update this page when our practices change.
