Include your platform, app version and a short description of the issue. A screenshot can help, but hide any private information first.
Never email a password, authentication code, payment-card number or full birthdate. Do not send another player’s private information.
Before you write
- For a content download issue, check your connection and reopen the game.
- To restore a linked account, use the same Google or Apple sign-in you connected before. An unlinked guest account may be difficult to recover after reinstalling.
- For privacy settings, open Settings in the app or read your privacy choices.
- To delete your account, follow the deletion instructions.
