Delete from the app

1. Open World Stamp Quest with the account you want to delete, including a guest account.
2. Open Settings → Delete account.
3. Follow any identity check and confirm permanent deletion.

Your friend profile is hidden when the request is accepted. Automated processing is scheduled to run every 15 minutes; completion can take longer if a service is unavailable.

If you cannot open the app

Request deletion by email

State that the request concerns World Stamp Quest and the sign-in provider you used, or that you played as a guest. Support will verify account control before deleting data. Never send a password or authentication code.

Guest accounts have no required email address. If you have lost the guest session and never linked Google or Apple, we may be unable to identify and verify the account from an email request alone.

What is removed

Deletion removes cloud progress, stamps, inventory, settings, friendships, notification registrations, account-associated files and authentication access. Narrow fraud, abuse, security or legal records may be pseudonymized and retained for up to 180 days. Images saved to Photos or shared outside the app remain under your control or the receiving service’s rules.

Deletion is permanent. You can request a data export in Settings before deleting. Read the privacy policy for more information.
